Crescent Valley – Nevada turquoise
Located in Eureka County, Nevada, There are many turquoise mines in Crescent Valley, so the name for this turquoise with the exact mine unknown, is sort of the catch all phrase for this beautiful turquoise. Very little matrix and patterning within this Crescent valley turquoise, but has a smooth, light baby blue color and feel.. Gorgeous stones !! Many of the mines in the Crescent Valley are smaller mines that can only be worked by shovel and accessed by foot or horse. Some of the more famous mines are the Blue Goose and Montezuma mines.
